This is Granicus Staff Portal, from where all WBC staff can access eforms and 'CaseViewer'.
You need to log in in order to access the portal (top right hand corner). A basic or 'skeleton' account is automatically created for all WBC staff. If you have any issues please raise a Service Desk ticket with Digital Services.
